Asoka Law & ACEF are hiring an In-house Accountant, full-time on-site in Ho Chi Minh City. Early applicants with immediate availability are prioritized.

Asoka Law Company Limited (Asoka Law) together with the Asoka Creative Experimentation Fund (ACEF) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of In-house Accountant, working full-time at our Ho Chi Minh City office. Early applicants with immediate availability will be prioritized.

1. Main Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and reconcile internal accounting and financial transactions of the Firm and the Fund.
Maintain and track records of employees, collaborators, and external partners.
Control cash flow, advance payments, settlements, and operational expenses.
Support the management team in developing transparent and effective financial systems.
Coordinate with the legal team on contracts, sponsorships, and projects.
Collaborate with the tax accounting team to prepare and submit financial statements and tax reports in compliance with Vietnamese law.
Perform other tasks related to internal accounting to ensure transparent and efficient use of funds and resources.

2. Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
At least 1 year of experience in corporate accounting.
Knowledge of the Law on Accounting, Law on Enterprises, and Law on Science & Technology.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to long-term work.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English at a basic level is an advantage.
