2. Main responsibilities
The Project Support Interns will support Asoka in the following tasks:
- Assist in reviewing and standardizing data for intellectual property services and personal data protection services on Asoka’s website.
- Collect and organize information from service proposals, fee quotations, advisory letters, and sample case files to prepare service data sheets.
- Assist in entering tasks, checklists, work statuses, and folder links into Asoka’s internal work management system under guidance.
- Break down sample case files into timelines, checklists, client inputs, Asoka deliverables, and internal actions.
- Assist in collecting links, images, documents, and market information based on Asoka’s evidence log template.
- Organize, name, and store documents in accordance with Asoka’s internal procedures.
- Review spelling, formatting, and basic information in internal documents.
3. Candidate requirements
Suitable candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Third-year, fourth-year, or recently graduated students in Law, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Careful and capable of working with data tables, checklists, Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Personal laptop required.
- Able to work at least 05 sessions per week at Asoka’s Ho Chi Minh Office.
- Able to commit to a minimum period of 03 months.
- Candidates with an interest in intellectual property, personal data protection, technology, communications, or legal service operations are preferred.
4. Assessment
The first 02 weeks will be a suitability assessment period. Asoka will assess candidates based on:

- Ability to complete tasks on time;
- Ability to receive feedback and avoid repeating basic mistakes.
Asoka may discontinue the placement after the suitability assessment period if the candidate does not meet the required working standards.
