After receiving information from clients, Asoka Law will quickly identify the problems that the clients encounter, giving preliminary advice and suggestions. With in-depth questions, we suggest directly consulting with our lawyers. For in-depth legal questions or dispute/litigation issues, we suggest clients use the Online Consulting Service so that we can connect you to Experienced Lawyers for the most appropriate handling solution.

At the time a client confirms the use of our services, our specialists will send them the contract’s draft versions via email or other chatting/data exchange tools upon request. Once the two parties have agreed with the contract (the version intended for signing), our specialists will send it to the address that is most convenient for the client.

Our Specialists/Lawyers will process your application after receiving the payment in accordance with the Contract. At each service package, we have a time frame for completion and we guarantee that progress, except for force majeure cases. We always pay attention to make sure that signing draft documents becomes convenient for our clients. Therefore, in Ho Chi Minh City, Asoka Law’s delivering staff will handle on-site delivery. For clients living outside the city, we choose a reliable courier service.

Application submission at Asoka Law requires strict compliance with working speed. For services in which time is a critical factor determining success (for example, trademark registration), we always have staff available to apply applications as quickly as possible. We are responsible for monitoring application progress, dealing with arising issues in a timely manner so as not to miss information and to ensure that the cases we are in charge are in compliance with the setted timeline of the Parties.
