These three packages cover intellectual property matters. For personal data protection, DPIA or DTIA support, select the relevant category when submitting your enquiry. Asoka will identify the appropriate service and scope.

No. It includes reviewing up to three documents totalling 20 pages, including appendices, in Vietnamese or English; one online consultation of up to 60 minutes; and a written IP Transaction Action Plan. Full agreement drafting or review, negotiations, valuation and filing procedures are separate services.

Choose your package, complete the form, submit the required documents and review your order. Once your request is ready for payment, scan the order’s QR code. Check the recipient, amount and payment reference before confirming the transfer.

Payment alone does not confirm your appointment. For IP PROTECTION and IP TRANSACTIONS, Asoka confirms your appointment within one business day of receiving complete documents and confirming payment. IP STRATEGY is based on your submitted documents, with the written advice delivered by email.

The listed fee includes VAT, advice and deliverables specified in your package. Registration fees, official fees, translation, third-party costs and implementation work outside the package are excluded. Any additional work and fees are agreed with you before work begins.

You receive a written Action Plan tailored to your package. For IP STRATEGY, delivery is within two business days of receiving complete documents and confirming payment. For IP PROTECTION, it is within one business day after your consultation; for IP TRANSACTIONS, within two business days after your consultation.

Asoka assesses the legal grounds, risks and options based on the information and documents you provide. Outcomes also depend on the evidence, other parties and decisions by the relevant authorities. Our advice may identify a need for further documents or recommend against proceeding at that stage.

Yes. You can follow the guidance yourself or ask Asoka to assist with registration, infringement matters, dispute representation, agreements or related work. The scope, fees and timeline for further services are agreed separately before work begins.
