Recruitment of Legal Interns - Round 1/2020

Asoka is currently looking for five qualified trainees to become full-time employees in the legal segment of Business/Investment as follows:

I. Tasks Description:

• Learning and practicing consulting skills regarding investment and business under the guidance of the Lawyer in charge;;
• Researching related legal documents;
• Practicing writing emails and replies to clients;
• Receiving documents and records from clients to study and give advise;
• Assisting to take care of foreign clients investing in Vietnam; 
• Practice working processes according to the standards required by the company.

II. Training plan:

In 09 months, including:

• 06 months of apprenticeship as required;
• 03 months of practicing to complete tasks according to the knowledge learned.

III. Roadmap for approval to become a full-time employee:

• After 9 months of internship, if the required level of KPI is reached, the candidate will go through 01 test on work capacity. If passing the test, the candidate will be transferred to the Office Division to become a probationary staff of the Division (02 months). 
• After 02 months of probation at the Office Division, if the candidate is approved by the Head of Department, he/she will become a full-time employee with a signed contract.
• The company is committed to continuing training so that the employee is able to reach higher positions in the process of working in the Company.

IV. Requirements:

• Bright appearance, good communication ability;
• Fluent English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Priority will be given to candidates who know a foreign language other than English (in particular: Korean, Chinese) .
• Currently fourth year students of the Faculty of Law at Economics Schools.
• Be able to intern at the company for at least 20 hours per week.
• Not afraid of difficulties and hardship, willing to train for promising career opportunities.
• Already had a laptop, motorcycle, and mobile phone to work with clients.
• Fair family conditions, not having to worry about economic issues during the internship to fully focus on training.

V. Allowances:

• Lunches at the Company's canteen;
• Support on gasoline and phoning fees.
• Support in studying for thesis or issues related to internship reports.
• Free training courses.
• Participating in team building activities.
• Given appropriate training according to the actual work, going to meet customers with upper level staff and supervisors.
